Our Long Beach Island facility, located just over the bridge in Ship Bottom, was established in 1982 and is home to many long-term members. Known for its classic “bodybuilder-style” equipment - including vintage brands such as Nautilus, Cybex, and Body Master - the gym offers easy access from the island and a nostalgic beach-town atmosphere. Members and visitors alike appreciate the timeless, rare equipment, often noting that these machines deliver a superior workout experience. Members may also enjoy our women’s workout area and cardio studio.
